This page is for adding, editing, and deleting invoices to send to the client with their tax return.
Invoices
- Verify that all required invoice pages are listed under the Invoices section on the left.
Action
- A.) Enter the total from the invoice in the Invoice Amount field if you are sending an invoice. SafeSend Returns does not read the amount from the invoice automatically.
- B.) Check Do not send an invoice with this return to prevent the invoice from being delivered to the taxpayer. This option is available if it is turned on in your firms' Settings under Vouchers & Invoices.
- C.) Check Require taxpayer to pay invoice prior to reviewing their tax return to disable the client's ability to skip the invoice to continue to the rest of the return.
- This option is only available with the Stripe Integration for Client Invoicing.
- D.) Click Replace Invoice to select a different invoice to be sent to the taxpayer. This option is available if it is turned on in your firms' Settings under Vouchers & Invoices.
ERO Signature Stamp
- Select the ERO signature to apply from the drop-down.
- Drag and drop the block onto the page.
