SafeSend operates wholly within a web browser on the user and the taxpayer side. The program functionality is related to the browser, so keeping it clean and up-to-date is our best practice. If you are experiencing loading issues, display issues, or undefined errors, clearing your browser cache generally resolves this. It is also important to make sure you are using a modern browser that is up to date.
