Additional E-Sign Documents Tab

In this tab, you can upload additional documents that require signatures that were not included with the tax return, like Engagement Letters or Consent Forms.

Added Documents

Adding Documents

  1. Click the button next to Added Documents to add documents to Additional E-Sign Documents.
  2. Click to Browse or Drag-and-drop files to be uploaded.
  3. Select the Document Type:
    • Consent Form
    • Engagement Letter
    • Other
  4. Click Submit to complete the upload.

Editing Documents

Click the Edit Documents icon.

  1. Select a new Document Type from the drop-down
  2. Click Delete to remove the document from the Tab.
  3. Cancel to revert any changes made.
  4. Save to save the new Document Type.

E-Signatures

Add E-Sign blocks to the forms from this section.

    1. Select a block from the e-Signatures drop-down and verify they are for the correct signer.
      • Drag and drop the block onto the page. Click and drag to move the blocks into place.
        • Signature
        • Date Signed
        • Name & Title
        • Initials
        • Company
        • Text
        • Check Box
        • Radio Button
      • The highlighted stamp is the stamp associated with the signer selected under e-signatures
    2. Delete a block by clicking the X in the top-right of the block.

ERO Signature Stamp

  1. Select the ERO signature to apply from the drop-down.
  2. Drag and drop the block onto the page. Click and drag to move the blocks into place.
  3. Delete a box by clicking the X in the top-right of the box.
