In this tab, you can upload additional documents that require signatures that were not included with the tax return, like Engagement Letters or Consent Forms.
Added Documents
Adding Documents
- Click the button next to Added Documents to add documents to Additional E-Sign Documents.
- Click to Browse or Drag-and-drop files to be uploaded.
- Select the Document Type:
- Consent Form
- Engagement Letter
- Other
- Click Submit to complete the upload.
Editing Documents
Click the Edit Documents icon.
- Select a new Document Type from the drop-down
- Click Delete to remove the document from the Tab.
- Cancel to revert any changes made.
- Save to save the new Document Type.
E-Signatures
Add E-Sign blocks to the forms from this section.

- Select a block from the e-Signatures drop-down and verify they are for the correct signer.
- Drag and drop the block onto the page. Click and drag to move the blocks into place.

- Date Signed
- Name & Title
- Initials
- Company
- Text
- Check Box
- Radio Button
- The highlighted stamp is the stamp associated with the signer selected under e-signatures.
- Drag and drop the block onto the page. Click and drag to move the blocks into place.
- Delete a block by clicking the X in the top-right of the block.
- Select a block from the e-Signatures drop-down and verify they are for the correct signer.
ERO Signature Stamp
- Select the ERO signature to apply from the drop-down.
- Drag and drop the block onto the page. Click and drag to move the blocks into place.
- Delete a box by clicking the X in the top-right of the box.
