The SafeSend records a user's Last Login activity. This is a security feature that allows users and administrators to review user login activity. This feature tracks both username/password logins and single-sign-on logins. If you don't recognize the date, time, or browser, you should immediately notify your System Administrator.
Last Login Pop-Up
By default, SafeSend displays a pop-up that appears each time you login. This is a security feature to inform you the last time your username was used to access the system. You can disable this pop-up by following the steps below.
- Check Don't show this again.
- Click Close.
View Your Login History and Settings
Users can access their login history and enable/disable the login pop-up.
- Click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click Login History from the drop-down.
- Toggle Enable Last Login Prompt on or off.
- Click Close to save any changes made.
Admin Access to Last Login Data
Users with System Admin permissions can view the last login date/time for every user by exporting their current user list.
- Click the Navigation Widget in the top right corner.
- Select Account Management.
- Select User Management.
- Click Export to Excel.
- View column E in the Excel file.
