Last Login Data

The SafeSend Suite records a user's Last Login activity. This is a security feature to allow users and administrators to review user login activity. If you don't recognize the date, time, or browser, you should immediately notify your system administrator.

Last Login Pop-Up

By default, SafeSend Returns features a Last Login pop-up that appears each time you login. This is a security feature to inform you the last time your username was used to access the system. You can disable this pop-up by following the steps below. 

  1. Check Don't show this again.
  2. Click Close.

View Your Login History and Settings

Users can access their login history and enable/disable the login pop-up. 

  1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Login History from the drop-down. 
  3. Toggle Enable Last Login Prompt on or off. 
  4. Click Close to save any changes made. 

Admin Access to Last Login Data

Users with Admin permissions can view the last login date/time for every user by exporting their current user list. 

  1. Navigate to Account Management
  2. Select User Management
  3. Click Export to Excel
  4. View column E in the Excel file.
