The various SafeSend One client experiences have different functionality depending on the device being used. This article outlines the basic system requirements and the functions available on various devices.
SafeSend One Browser Requirements
Regardless of the device being used, SafeSend should be accessed from a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. It can be helpful to clear the cache and make sure the browser is up to date to ensure a smooth client experience.

Select a product below to review device compatibility and functionality.
Tablets should be used in landscape mode for the best experience. Clients may need to adjust zoom levels depending on the size and orientation of the tablet.
Mobile devices should be iPhone iOS 15.0 & above or Android 11 with One UI 2.
