Reminder Management

The Reminder Management allows you to keep track of when voucher reminders will be sent, audit reminders that were already sent, and export the results to a CSV file in a compact dashboard instead of reviewing the Client Tracking for returns one at a time.  This is only a report, and any actionable items like turning reminders on or off will be handled in the Delivered and Archive reports.

Generate a Report 

  1. Select Reminder Management. 
  2. Enter a From Date and To Date.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Use the Column Headers to further filter the report.
  5. Click Export to Excel to generate an Excel document containing the displayed information.
