Reminder Management allows you to keep track of when voucher reminders will be sent, audit reminders that were already sent, and export the results to a CSV file in a compact dashboard instead of reviewing the Client Tracking for returns one at a time. This is only a report, and any actionable items like turning reminders on or off are handled in the Delivered and Archive reports.
Generate a Report
- Click Reminder Management.
- Enter a From Date and To Date.
- Click Filter.
- Use the Column Headers to further filter the report.
- Click Export to Excel to generate an Excel document containing the displayed information.
