Quick View Reports

The Quick View Reports feature allows a firm to identify clients who have yet to access their returns and/or failed Knowledge-Based Authentication for easier follow-up.  You may access this option in your Delivered and Archived Reports.

 Note:

There is no option to build or customize the Quick Review Reports. Only two reports exist at this time.

Accessing Quick View Reports

  1. Navigate to Delivered or Archived Returns.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the filter icon.
  3. Click Link not Accessed to filter returns where the link has not been accessed by the signer OR
  4. Click KBA Failed to filter returns that have failed KBA and must manually sign the return OR
    • These will have an Awaiting Upload status. 
  5. Click Test Returns to filter returns that were sent during a Trial or Testing period and do not count against your balance. 
  6. Click Apply to apply the selected options.

Link Not Accessed

  1. Select a Link Status option to filter the report.
    • Not Accessed by Taxpayer
    • Not Accessed by Spouse
    • Not Accessed
  2. Filter the report further using the other column headers.
  3. Click Export to download the report. 

Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) Failed

  1. Select a KBA Status option to filter the report.
    • Taxpayer Failed
    • Spouse Failed
  2. Filter the report further using the other column headers.
  3. Click Export to download the report.
