New embedded help guide released within the Client Experience of SafeSend Returns

As of August 15, 2022, your clients will be introduced to SafeSend's new embedded help system to help guide them through different actions and support them through their tax engagement experience.

Meet SafeSend Steve. Our unique owl icon will serve as the entry point into the embedded help system for your clients.

Your client's guide will be our uniquely designed owl, SafeSend Steve. Clients will be able to use Steve the owl to help guide them through the electronic tax return delivery process. The help solutions have been added in such a way that if not "triggered" they will not impact your client's experience in any way. Steve, the owl can be accessed throughout each step of the tax return by simply clicking on him. 

The PDF attached will provide screenshots of what your clients will see when using SafeSend Steve
