Unable to Establish Identity

This means that the Knowledge Based Authentication, LexisNexis, is unable to verify the identity the person attempting to E-sing the return.

This means that the system does not have enough history for this client to be verified or that the answers to the questions did not get answered correctly.

The only thing that can be done in this situation is to have the client manually sign the 8879.
