Client has multiple businesses and is having difficulties separating Access Links

If a client has multiple businesses or is filing both their business and personal returns through you, it can be hard to determine which link is which at first glance without opening the links separately.  To save time and avoid confusion, we have options to edit our automatic emails with variables that should show the difference between the returns at the email level.

Check out our article on editing email subjects. You can edit almost all of our automatic emails, but the one you'll be interested in right now is the Initial Email.  You can input variables into the Subject and Body of the email to differentiate which return is which at a glance and once you've saved it, you'll never have another confused client!
