Client has Multiple Businesses and Having Difficulties Separating Access Links

Please follow the below steps and screenshots. 

  1. Open SafeSend Returns
  2. Go to "Settings" 
  3. Click on "Client Instructions"
  4. Scroll to "Initial Email" and click the Edit button on the right, next to Delete. 
  5. In the Subject line add the following tag <TAXPAYERNAME> 
  6. Click "Update"



This will now show the Taxpayer name for individual returns and company name for entity returns in the subject line of the email they receive.
